In 2023, Sportsbet embarked on its Next Generation Betting Experience initiative.
My mission? Infuse Sportsbet's sports categories with a potent blend of excitement, efficiency, and accessibility. I spearheaded a series of enhancements aimed at boosting user engagement and conversion rates.
One standout feature was the introduction of cross-event-navigation, an intuitive event carousel enabling users to seamlessly navigate between events. Additionally, I introduced Head to Head selection buttons directly in the event page header, enabling users to swiftly back their favourite team to win. Moreover, I crafted a grid view betting interface, facilitating the creation of large, stat focused bets at a glance. Lastly, I developed Sports Form, a feature providing users access to player statistics.
These strategic interventions played a pivotal role in realising Sportsbet's vision for their Next Generation Betting Experience.
